MG390 Management Internship
Prerequisite: Permission by Program Director

This supervised practicum will allow students to integrate academic theories into a business setting. The internship will provide students with practical work experience to compliment their academic experience. They will be introduced to an industry or setting and a functional area of a real business. They will learn what place their department holds in the organizational design and how the various business units are integrated to meet organizational objectives. They will also learn practical and marketable business skills associated with an entry-level business position, which will prepare them for future employment. This will include actual hands-on experience with current business software, tools, processes and responsibilities.
