MG202 Human Resource Management
This course is intended to give students the opportunity to study the employment practices common in organizations today. People-oriented professionals who understand human work dynamics and who use scientific findings to develop effective policies populate the Human Resource area. Large and moderately sized organizations employ numerous HR professionals to serve their employees with appropriate strategies for recruitment, selection, orientation, training and development, retention, performance management, compensation, counseling, benefits, and labor/management relations where needed.
