HM440 Healthcare Statistics

Prerequisites: MA 121, HT102 with a grade of C or better in each and AS in HIT from an accredited program.

Students will calculate, analyze and present data for healthcare initiatives (e.g. quality management, utilization and risk management). This course will teach students inferential statistics (such as t-test, ANOVAs, regression analysis, statistical process control, reliability and validity). The course also provides an introduction to research methods and processes.
