CS206 Computer and Systems Programming II
Prerequisite: CS 205 with a C- or better.

This is the second course in a two semester introduction to computer science.

Students build upon what the programming concepts learned in CS 205 and extend them in a personal robotic environment. Concepts of robot behavior, sensing, control paradigms, artificial intelligence, social robots, and robot autonomy are discussed. Students will use the Bee-Bot Robot Kit and program the robot for certain behaviors and functions. Students will progress into Microsoft Visual Studio using C++ as an intermediate object-oriented programming language.
